Last week, members of the Presbyterian Support Otago “buddy” programme gathered in Balclutha for a celebration of the long service put in by some in their group. Andrew and Jill McIntosh had been taking part for 10 years and Glenis Love had netted 15 years working with children to improve their confidence and social skills.
